- Warm a small amount of oil between your palms.
- Apply to scalp with fingertips and massage in circular motions for 5 minutes.
- Gently work oil through the length of your hair.
- Leave on for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo.
- Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
